Reduced L-Glutathione Plus (100 Caps)
Product description
Item Description
Reduced L-Glutathione Plus™ is specially formulated for optimal absorption and is suitable for applications involving direct contact with lung, nasal, and other soft tissues. This ultra-pure blend contains no fillers, excipients, preservatives, flow agents, or additives. It is Bioidentical, Non-GMO, and Organic—crafted with quality and simplicity in mind.
How to Use
Mix it when you need it so it’s always fresh. Break the capsule/s open and empty the content into a container/cup. Add 3 ml (~1/2 tsp) distilled or DI water or pure saline solution to the container/cup. Let agitate briefly until the solution is clear. It’s now ready to use.
TIPS: The capsules should separate easily by gently squeezing on the larger portion and twisting. If you have trouble gripping the capsule in your fingers, a tablet cutter or straight razor can be helpful. Add powder into container/cup before liquids.
Note: if you boil your water before use, make sure it is at room temperature before adding glutathione. Hot water destroys the glutathione.
Water to capsule ratio:
- 1-3 capsules: 3 ml water
- 4 capsules: 4 ml water
- 5 capsules: 5 ml water
- 6 capsules: 6 ml water
Important Information:
High Humidity Tips:
- If bottle is sealed, place inside of Zip-Loc bag with silica desiccant inside bag.
- If opened, you may place desiccant inside bottle or keep in Zip-Loc bag (best results have been seen with the Zip-Loc bag method).
High Heat Tips:
- Generally, not recommended to refrigerate but can be done in high heat locals. If placing in the refrigerator, place the bottle inside the Zip-Loc bag with a desiccant inside the bag – NOT IN THE BOTTLE. This is important to keep moisture away from the capsules and outside of the bottle. Refrigerators are considered a high humidity environment with increased air circulation, especially when opening and closing the door. Cold temperatures can cause condensation to occur. As such, the Desiccant can pull this cold condensing humidity into the bottle and over the capsules – accelerating the oxidation of the product. Reports from using the Ziploc bag method in the refrigerator have been very good. DO NOT FREEZE.
High Heat and Humidity Tips:
- follow high heat tips instructions.
Oxygen Absorber: Under “standard” temperature and humidity conditions, you may place an oxygen absorber in the bottle after opening. This can help slow oxidation and preserve product integrity.
Expiration: The “MFG” date on the bottom of the bottle indicates the manufacture date, not expiration. When stored properly, the product is generally stable for 3–5 years. Glutathione does not spoil—it gradually oxidizes, especially when exposed to heat and humidity.
Natural Smell Notice: Glutathione is an organic compound with a natural sulfur or “egg-like” odor. This is completely normal and does not indicate spoilage.
Allergy Note: Concerned about sulfite reactions? Glutathione is not a sulfite and does not cause sulfite-related allergic responses. See our FAQs for more information.
CAUTION: Not recommended for individuals undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy, as glutathione may interfere with certain treatment protocols. Similarly, products that may increase glutathione levels—such as NAC or whey protein isolate—should also be avoided during active cancer treatments unless directed by a healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before beginning supplementation.
Mold Caution: If you have been exposed to Stachybotrys chartarum (commonly known as black mold) and have a suspected or confirmed lung condition related to that exposure, nebulizing glutathione is not recommended until you have consulted a medical professional and received appropriate treatment. Oral use may still be considered, but always under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
