Each 2 mL of Liposomal GABA with L-Theanine delivers 250 mg of GABA and 100 mg of L-Theanine. A serving is 4 pumps. Each bottle contains 25 servings.

How To Use

Take 2-4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, consult a physician before use.
