Selenium is an essential trace element that works synergistically with vitamin E. Seleno Met™ uses L-selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable, yeast-free form of organically bound selenium chelated with methionine to support glutathione activity. Unlike inorganic forms of selenium, Seleno Met™ is not adversely affected by vitamin C.

How To Use

1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Not to be consumed by those under age 14.
